Ann-Phillips Mayfield

Ann-Phillips Mayfield is a 1999 graduate of Transylvania University. She received her B.S. in Political Science and is a Chi Omega Alumni. She currently serves as President of Baby Health Service, Treasurer of the Lexington Children's Theatre, Co-chair of the St. Peter & Paul School Mardi Gras Auction and on the March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction Executive Leadership Committee.
