Premier Executive Center can help. We offer services for individuals, small companies and satellite offices for large companies. We have a shared professional receptionist and administrative staff who can assist with all your word processing and other needs for an hourly fee. Our receptionist will answer your personal phone line as if you are the only business here. You only pay for what you use and all services are priced a la carte. You pay one monthly bill that includes your rent, parking, cable, high speed internet, phone, black & white and color copies, faxes, supplies and secretarial work as needed.

We are located in the heart of DOWNTOWN Lexington on the third floor of the World Trade Building. You can walk a block or two to meetings, banking facilities, several restaurants, Rupp Arena, The Lexington Center, The Opera House, Cheapside and Triangle Parks, galleries, Victorian Square Shops, the new court houses and many other places you may need or want to go to downtown. If you travel often, let our staff take care of your mail and messages while you are away. We have many clients who spend the winter months out of state. During the summer months, you may find our clients across the street enjoying Thursday Night Live. You can use your monthly parking space for UK Games at Rupp, Saturday Farmer's Market, Gallery Hops and more.

  • Phone service and personalized phone answering: $129/ month
    (Includes one phone line w/ voice mail w/ remote access)

  • Combination package (phone & address) : $179/ month
