What services does LRC provide
LRC will handle every aspect of "landlording" your property. We will take care of everything from collecting rent, evicting tenants when needed, maintaining your property, and even paying your mortgage if you desire. Basically, we take you out of the picture so that you can focus on other things. Life's too short for you to be saddled with time consuming landlording issues!

What will this cost me?
LRC charges a monthly management fee for providing you with the property management services outlined above. Typically, this is about 10% of the base monthly rent.

For an additional fee, LRC will locate new, quality tenants for you when needed. The one time cost (per new tenant) for this optional service is approximately 75% of the first month's rent.

You will also be billed for any maintenance labor and supply costs. However, these costs are typically lower than you would pay to complete the work on your own. Additionally, you determine the maximum amount that you are willing to spend on these repairs.

We are also happy to find tenants for a one-time fee without full property management services after that tenant moves in. Let us show, screen and take care of the move-in paperwork and then you take over to collect the monthly rent. We can show you how!
