LRC locates tenants for rental property owners all over town. We will list your proprty online and locate tenants for you. Let us show your property, screen potential tenants, handle the application process, take care of the lease signing, move-in inspection and other paperwork and hand over the keys. Then you take over to collect the monthly rent. We also have a list of vendors we work with regularly that we can share with you to make maintenance and upkeep relatively easy....we can show you how!
We offer our tenant location services for a one-time fee of one month's rent. If you find your own tenant, just let us know and we will remove your listing and you will pay nothing. You only pay LRC if we locate a qualified tenant, get a signed lease and security deposit for you. You have nothing to lose!
